There are several types of problems related to mental health, but the most common and often experienced are stress, anxiety disorders, and depression.

    This mental health problem can be reduced through activities that we like or what we usually call hobbies. There are many activities or hobbies that you can do, one of which is listening to music. Because music is not just entertaining but has a psychological effect that has the potential to affect one's mental health. Basically, music is a work that expresses the thoughts and feelings of its creator through musical elements, such as rhythm, melody, harmony, and song structure, as well as overall expression.

    The benefit of listening to music for mental health is stress relief. Music can reduce or manage stress because listening to music lowers the hormone cortisol or the stress hormone in the body. Music can also accompany wellness sessions as it calms the mind and promotes relaxation. In addition, the benefits of music can also reduce symptoms of depression. Even so, everyone's taste in music is of course different, so the benefits of the music you get also need to be adjusted to the type of music you like. However, listening to music alone is certainly not enough to maintain health. You still need to live a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced nutritious diet, getting enough rest, and exercising regularly.
